Friends for more than 10 years, co-founders Amy Morris and Anna Polonsky are essentially the lifestyle scene’s fairy godmothers. They combined 25 years of experience in branding, design, marketing and PR to launch The MP Shift, a full-service agency for chefs, restauranteurs and hoteliers. This powerhouse duo is bringing brand identities to life in a very relevant way for some of the most recognizable hotspots around the world, including Ferris, De Maria, Vinegar Hill House in New York to Hotel Bienvenue, Comice and Echo in Paris. Rather than stamp out projects in a signature style, Anna and Amy’s combined genius comes from their dedication to let the individual client’s vision shine, maintaining an authentic voice and message. In just a couple of years, the duo has disrupted and elevated the restaurant scene, setting a high standard for how we now want to experience a meal. You can’t help but notice the little details from the lighting and menus to the decor, music, and colors, right? The food is the heart, but those elements take us on a journey. Not to mention the endless #interiorgoals and photo-worthy moments that now complete the experience. And we love that! We connected with the duo to get the scoop on how they took their own vision for The MP Shift and drove it to success. Read on.

Most days are a combination of reviewing creative, meeting with clients and setting strategy across all our clients. We often say we must share a gene because we have our own short hand language and agree on most creative and strategic decisions, our team has a unique synergy.
